The Seminary teaching has continued to take place online because of the restrictions due to the Coronavirus outbreak. These have been blessed and helpful to the students and, by using Zoom, the lecturers have been able to interact with them.
God willing, we hope the lectures will take place in Grove House later this year. Looking at the English ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown, we are tentatively looking at June as being the first opportunity for this.
The Graduation Meeting, which had to be postponed from January, and the Open Study Day have been provisionally moved to Saturday July 3rd . The speaker will be Rev. Hywel Roberts (Southampton). That is the first Seminary Study Weekend at which it seems we shall be able to have a larger number of people present. We hope these meetings will take place then, but it will be dependent on the regulations in July. We shall carefully assess the situation nearer the time.
Please continue to pray for the students and for the work of the Seminary. We are living in unusual times, but we know that God is sovereign and He is omniscient.
